It may sound challenging, but the best part is that we can completely change your life within just 8 weeks. However, it will require your dedication and effort. So, please only sign up if you are genuinely committed to changing your life. This way, we can ensure that our time together is well-spent, and we can focus on achieving your desired outcome.

 

To make the most out of The Ultimate Freedom Program, your active participation and commitment are crucial. Here are the commitments we ask from you:

 

o One hour per week – therapy session in person or online (except weeks 5 and 6 when the sessions are longer). We can be flexible with the timing in case of holidays or sickness. Zoom sessions: Being in a comfortable environment can help you feel more relaxed and open during your therapy sessions. Plus, you don't have to worry about transportation or traffic.

 

o Listening to a 30-minute sleep tape every night before bedtime to boost the effects of therapy, release stress, and boost confidence.

 

o Homework: 3-5 minutes per day. We recommend buying a notebook or journal of your choice, which represents your commitment to change and a better life.

 

o Practicing a technique: 5-10 minutes per week (optional). We'll provide you with techniques that will help you build resilience and achieve your goals faster.

 

By sticking to these commitments, you'll maximize the benefits of the program and achieve the transformation you desire.

 

This commitment from my side is to ensure that you receive the best possible support during the 8-week program:

You don't have to talk about your traumas or limiting beliefs. This is a positive and solution-oriented program that aims to help you let go of what's holding you back from achieving your goals. And yes, we'll have plenty of laughs along the way! Therapy can be enjoyable, and there's no need to feel scared.

 

Please note that the minimum age for this program is 18 years.

Week 0: Program introduction and consultation (if you have never had a consultation with me before), where we will discuss what to expect, and how we rewire the brain and balance the mind, body, and soul. (45 minutes)

Week 1: Release your most relevant trauma. You don't have to talk about it or experience it again; we will use gentle techniques to release it from your subconscious mind. (1 hour)

Week 2: Trauma release (1 hour)

 

If you don’t remember any trauma from your life that’s fine. Your subconscious mind will help us find and release the relevant event/emotion.

 

Week 3: Let's focus on releasing negative emotions (1 hour)

Week 4: Release negative & self-harming beliefs like "I am not good enough." (1 hour)

Week 5: Release your blocks and balance your mind, body, and soul with energy healing. (1 hour 15 minutes)

Week 6: Discover and release transgenerational patterns or explore your past life patterns through a past life regression session. (2 hours)

Week 7: Unlock the power of your mind to reach your goals  (1 hour)

Week 8: Boost your confidence and become the badass person you want to be. Now nothing is holding you back. (1 hour)
